第二届夜语星趴希望为真正热爱目视天文的人提供一个安静、克制、无干扰的观测与交流环境。这里不是灯光秀，也不是喧闹的露营派对。我们把黑暗留给眼睛，把时间留给望远镜，把山野留给星空。
The second Night Whisper Star Party is designed as a quiet, low-light gathering for serious visual observing and genuine exchange. Darkness is preserved for our eyes, time is reserved for telescopes, and the mountain belongs to the stars.

活动拟于12月4日至6日或12月11日至13日举行。组委会将根据天气情况，在最终活动日期前一周发布通知并开放报名。
The event will take place on either December 4–6 or December 11–13. Based on weather conditions, the organizers will announce the final dates and open registration one week before the event.

公众开放观测区
无自带目视器材的报名者、希望体验大型望远镜的家属及新手须在公众区参与。组织方提供20英寸 Dobsonian 望远镜及观星向导服务，服务时间为晚上7点半至11点，收费每人50元。
Participants without their own visual equipment, family members wishing to experience a large telescope, and beginners must join the public area. The organizers provide a 20-inch Dobsonian telescope and sky-guide service from 7:30 PM to 11 PM for ¥50 per person.

01
目视器材与分区 Visual Equipment and Zoning
目视天文爱好者参加须携带天文目视器材。无目视器材的报名者，以及希望体验他人望远镜的家属，请在划定的公众区参与组织方提供的20英寸 Dobsonian 望远镜观测。观星向导服务时间为晚上7点半至11点，公众体验服务费为每人50元。
Visual observers should bring their own visual astronomy equipment. Participants without equipment should use the designated public area with a 20-inch Dobsonian. Sky-guide service is available from 7:30 PM to 11 PM. The public observing service fee is ¥50 per person.

严格暗夜纪律 Strict Dark Sky Discipline
星趴期间，夜晚关闭车辆大灯，不要使用非红光手电，不要使用手机手电功能，并尽可能减少夜间车辆活动。
At night, vehicle headlights must remain off. Do not use non-red flashlights or phone flashlights, and keep vehicle movement to an absolute minimum.
报名即视为同意严格遵守以上规则。 Registration constitutes agreement to follow these rules strictly.

活动范围 Event Scope
夜语星趴是天文爱好者自愿参加的现场观测与交流活动。组委会仅在公布的活动时间和划定的活动区域内提供现场报到、观测区域安排、暗夜纪律提示、观星活动指引及基本现场秩序协调。往返交通、住宿、餐饮、停车、驾驶、旅游、户外活动、医疗、保险、财物保管及其他个人事项均不属于组委会提供的活动服务。报名者不得因参加星趴而将上述事项视为由组委会组织、承担或保证。
Night Whisper is a voluntary astronomy observing and exchange event. The committee only provides on-site registration, observing-zone arrangements, dark-sky guidance, astronomy guidance, and basic on-site coordination during the published event period and within the designated event area. Transportation, accommodation, catering, parking, driving, tourism, outdoor activities, medical services, insurance, property custody, and other personal matters are not event services provided or guaranteed by the committee.

交通及夜间山路 Travel and Mountain Roads
报名者自行决定并安排往返活动地点的全部交通，对所选择的车辆、驾驶人员、路线、出发时间和驾驶行为自行负责。组委会不提供运输、带队、接送或道路安全保证。网站中的地址、路线、地图和交通建议仅供参考。山区道路及夜间驾驶可能存在弯道、陡坡、湿滑、低能见度、会车困难、临时障碍、疲劳驾驶及其他风险。报名者应根据天气、路况和自身状态决定是否出行。因往返途中或自行安排交通产生的事故、人身伤害、财产损失、费用或其他后果，由报名者及相关责任方自行承担。
Participants independently arrange all travel to and from the venue and remain responsible for their vehicle, driver, route, timing, and driving conduct. The committee does not provide transportation, escort, transfer services, or road-safety guarantees. Maps, routes, and travel suggestions are for reference only. Risks arising during independently arranged travel, including nighttime mountain-road travel, remain with the participant and the responsible third party.

住宿餐饮及第三方服务 Accommodation Catering and Third Parties
酒店、民宿、营地帐篷、餐饮、交通及其他由第三方实际提供的商品或服务，均由报名者自行选择和使用。即使相关信息由组委会转发、推荐、协助联系或集中统计，亦不因此转化为组委会提供的服务。组委会不对第三方的资质、服务质量、安全性、可用性、履约、取消、退款或其他行为作出保证。报名者与第三方之间产生的费用、事故、损失及争议，由报名者与相关第三方自行解决和承担。
Accommodation, catering, transportation, and other goods or services actually supplied by third parties are independently selected and used by participants. Information, referrals, recommendations, contact assistance, or group coordination by the committee do not make those services committee services. The committee does not guarantee third-party qualifications, quality, safety, availability, performance, cancellation, or refunds.

自然环境及天气 Natural Conditions and Weather
报名者知悉活动位于山区并主要在夜间进行，可能存在低温、降雨、大风、湿滑、地形高差、黑暗、光照不足、昆虫动物、通信信号不稳定及天气突变等风险。天文观测亦可能因云量、降水、能见度、透明度、视宁度等自然条件无法进行或效果不佳。所有天气预报和观测条件数据仅供参考，不构成任何天气或观测效果保证。报名者应自行准备保暖、防雨、防滑、照明及其他必要装备，并自行承担自然条件和天气变化造成的影响、风险和损失。
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of a nighttime mountain environment, including cold, rain, wind, slippery or uneven ground, darkness, limited lighting, wildlife, communications limitations, and sudden weather changes. Astronomy may be limited or impossible because of natural conditions. Forecasts and observing data are references only and are not guarantees. Participants must prepare appropriate equipment and assume risks arising from natural conditions and weather.

健康及个人行为 Health and Personal Conduct
报名者应根据年龄、健康状况、既往疾病、体能、睡眠状况及户外经验自行判断是否适合参加，对因自身身体状况、疾病、疲劳、个人判断或个人行为产生的风险和后果自行承担责任。如存在可能因低温、熬夜、长时间户外停留或山区环境而加重的健康问题，应自行决定是否参加，并根据需要事先咨询医疗专业人员。
Participants are solely responsible for assessing whether their age, health, medical history, fitness, sleep condition, and outdoor experience make participation appropriate. Risks arising from personal health, fatigue, judgment, or conduct remain the participant's responsibility. Medical advice should be obtained in advance where appropriate.

未成年人 Minors
未成年人参加活动必须由监护人或经监护人授权的成年人全程陪同。其人身安全、行为管理、健康状况及活动参与决定由监护人负责。组委会工作人员或志愿者提供现场活动指引不构成对未成年人的托管、看护或监护，亦不替代监护人的监护责任。
Minors must remain accompanied by a guardian or duly authorized adult. The accompanying adult remains responsible for supervision, health, conduct, and participation decisions. Event guidance by committee members or volunteers does not constitute childcare, custody, or guardianship.

器材车辆及个人财物 Equipment Vehicles and Property
报名者应自行保管望远镜、相机、目镜、电脑、手机、车辆、行李及其他个人财物。组委会不提供财物保管服务，亦不因场地划分、工作人员在场或协助搬运而形成保管关系。因遗失、被盗、碰撞、跌落、雨水、潮湿、风力、温度变化、电气问题、他人行为或其他原因造成的财物损失，由报名者自行向实际责任方主张并承担相应后果。
Participants remain responsible for telescopes, cameras, eyepieces, computers, phones, vehicles, luggage, and all personal property. The committee does not provide custody services, and no custodial relationship is created by zone allocation, staff presence, or incidental assistance. Property loss or damage must be borne by the participant or pursued against the party actually responsible.

自愿参加及风险承担 Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
报名者在了解活动性质、活动环境及上述风险后自愿决定参加，并同意自行承担因个人健康和行为、自行安排的交通住宿餐饮、第三方行为、自然环境、天气及其他不属于组委会活动服务范围的事项所产生的一切风险、人身或财产损失、费用及其他后果。对上述事项，报名者同意不以参加夜语星趴为由要求组委会及其工作人员或志愿者承担赔偿、补偿或其他责任。
Participation is voluntary. After understanding the event environment and stated risks, participants assume all risks, losses, costs, and consequences arising from personal health or conduct, independently arranged travel, accommodation or catering, third parties, natural conditions, weather, and other matters outside the committee's event services. Participants agree not to seek compensation or other liability from the committee, its staff, or volunteers merely because such matters occur in connection with attendance at Night Whisper.

突发情况 Emergency Situations
如遇恶劣天气、道路中断、自然灾害、公共安全事件、政府管制、场地临时关闭或其他影响活动安全和正常进行的情况，组委会可根据实际情况调整、暂停、延期或终止活动。报名者应服从现场疏导及安全提示。如发生人身危险或医疗紧急情况，应立即联系120、110等公共紧急救援机构，并及时通知现场人员。
The committee may adjust, suspend, postpone, or terminate the event where severe weather, road closure, natural disaster, public-safety events, government restrictions, venue closure, or other circumstances affect safe or normal operation. Participants must follow on-site safety directions and contact public emergency services immediately when necessary.
报名者须自行承担属于个人及第三方范围内的风险。 正式报名页面将要求报名者阅读并确认同意完整的风险及免责条款后方可提交报名。
